Age and depth slice are pinned at the top of each globe's panel; the rest is grouped into folders below. Pick a tool in the panel. In Draw, click to add vertices and double-click or Enter to close. Hold ⌘ to rotate the globe without leaving the tool. Rotate/zoom is shared across every globe; the tool and Enter/Escape act on whichever globe you last clicked. "sync time"/"sync depth slice" in the toolbar link those sliders across globes too, once turned on.
